Roles & Responsibilities

Senior

Work with Technical Architect to take ownership for design, development, testing, documentation and maintenance of Web sites and Web applications.
Lead a Web development team and mentor junior developers.
Project management and product management
Responsive Web Design
Intuitive UI/UX Web application
Setup and maintain Web Servers

Junior

Learn and apply modern Web Development technologies.
Set up and maintain web sites and web applications

Skills & Experience

All candidates must have Computer Science Degree or similar

Senior

A minimum of 2+ years proven career history in front-end web development.
Expert skills in HTML and CSS, ideally latest versions HTML5 and CSS3.
Expert skills in JavaScript
Experience with Angular would be highly beneficial
jQuery ,Bootstrap
Responsive Design
Photoshop/Illustrator Skills
Experience in setting up Web servers or content management systems.

Junior

Experience in HTML and CSS, ideally latest versions HTML5 and CSS3.
Knowledge in JavaScript and CSS

Java Server Application Developer

Skills & Experience

Over 3 years strong experience in Core Java application development

Demonstrated understanding in OO concept and design pattern in Java context

Ability to write core Java coding with collection frameworks, IO streams and thread handling

Ability to write clean, testable and reusable code

Experience in JDBC and TSQL skills to create view and stored procedure on SQL or any database server

Packaging and deployment of Java applications on Web servers such as Tomcat, JBoss or any others

Demonstrated understanding in front end technologies (eg. HTML, XHTML, XML, JSON & CSS, JavaScript )

Ability to be creative, highly motivated and results driven.

Desirable : J2EE experience. Spring, Hibernate knowledge and training.

Junior

Strong understanding of programming and logic in Java

String understanding of RDBMS concept and SQL skill.

Understanding of XML, JSON, HTML

Mandala

Mandala (Sanskrit: मण्डल Maṇḍala, 'circle') is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the Universe.

The basic form of most mandalas is a square with four gates containing a circle with a centre point. Each gate is in the general shape of a T. Mandalas often exhibit radial balance.

The term is of Sanskrit origin. It appears in the Rig Veda as the name of the sections of the work, but is also used in other religions and philosophies, particularly Buddhism. Mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners and adepts, as a guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space, and as an aid to meditation and trance induction.

Outsourcing Approach

Synopsis

We believe that there should be no compromise from outsourcing the implementation. Our concept in outsourcing is "Manage Locally". We also estimate that a software product can be implemented with a team of 5 in a normal timeframe.

Thus we normally form a team of 5 in the following structure:

1 x Remote Technical & Project Lead
3 x Remote Technicians

Local Technical & Project Lead

A local technical & Project Lead resides in client premises. He or She is the main point of contact for the client. Normally the roles and responsibilities are

Business Requirement Analysis
Project estimation and planning deliverables
Software Architect & Design
Liaison with remote team lead
Product quality verification and control
Deployment and Production Support
Project and Product Management

Remote Technical & Project Lead

Remote Technical & Project Lead is the main point of contact for the Local Lead. The lead ensures the technical deliverables of the project. He or she manages resources to be efficiently utilised throughout the implementation process and the quality of the product.

Remote Team

Team members are fully trained to follow guidelines from the Leads. They always keep up-to-date with the current technologies. Team members are raised in a resources and talent poll and are always ready to take up relevant tasks.
